Not that I’m trying to become an advocate for prescription glasses or anything, I was just looking for something better, than the progressive lenses, I started with a few years ago. I know I’m racking up some post talking about it but, with my work, it is imperative that I can see! plus it may […]
I paid for premium progressives with maximum viewing area, Digimax® Ultra HD with NeverGlare Advantage poly transition, that came with Crizal no-glare — in a cheap $29 frame and my glasses still cost $600 not counting the $94. eye exam sans picture of the back of my eyeballs.
The camera club went the night before to the Pixie Forest near Graybeard Overlook on the BRP. I didn’t make that trip, but we woke up to fog and had a day we could go goof together till about midday, so we headed that way.
I didn’t really want to be home on the one year anniversary of Trinity’s death, and I really wanted a God beam photo for week 9 of 52. We’ve had so much rain that I took the two chances I had last week to capture a sunset, hopefully with crepuscular rays.

Finally! We’ve tried so many times and it’s been too cloudy. I hadn’t slept the night before. My dear husband did, which meant he snored all night long, so I wasn’t thrilled with losing more sleep and freezing to see it. But, I just had to look. I am so glad that I did. I’ve […]
Todoodling is a word, right?
I didn’t plan on missing all of my high school class reunion events but we’d already missed the water release once and I really, really wanted to see it and I thought I’d have time for both. The dam water release at High Falls at Lake Glenville on the West Fork Tuckasegee River near Cashiers […]
I went back to Pearson Falls again but tried not to photograph the same things so I picked small areas and spots I hadn’t paid attention to before.
