Oh how I love waterfalls

I’m not sure when my wishlist for my birthday started including hikes to see waterfalls. I’m guessing it stems from my love of being in the woods I inherited from my dad. Sadly we didn’t trek all over the beautiful western NC mountains much together. If I could turn back time, we would! My mom, well my mom will walk, but she’s not into hiking, hills and being in the woods. My hubby isn’t into photography at all, but he’ll go hiking with me. He knows my limits better than I know them myself and I always feel safe in the woods with him. I’ve never counted how many I’ve seen, but I do count myself blessed to be able to see them.

Keep in mind I liked being in the woods before I got into photography quite as much and both of those before starting this blog on WordPress. That said, it’s been years since we’ve traveled, so the farther the pics get from NC the worse my photos will look. Also since I hurt my shoulder what I am able to do has drastically declined.

See my waterfall post here or click the tag from the home page, and my YouTube page has a handful of videos https://www.youtube.com/user/KimberlyHMaxwell
