Chancing the Brown Moutain Lights is the fifth book in the Brown Mountain Lights series. The colors on this one are my 2 favorite colors, despite being told bu the hubby that you can’t have 2 favorites. The sister duo authors wanted to continue using the one photo I took of Brown Mountain from the first book, and just make changes to the colors and adding a second foreground image composite.

The making of Chasing the Brown Mountain Lights cover for CC Tillery
Chasing the Brown Moutain Lights is the fourth book in the Brown Mountain Lights series. The colors on this one came together so nicely. A glimpse behind the scenes of product photography sessions
Product photography and book cover photography are similar in that the product is what should stand out, just like a title and author name on a cover. Amazon is offering the hardback again of The Friendly Floppy Ragdoll Cat
Don’t know what changed but looks like after 2 years Amazon is selling the hardback of The Friendly Floppy Ragdoll Cat again! Well, it says available for order and sold and shipped by Amazon.
Not sure if this for good or a limited time, but I may have to change my website and get the note on Amazons page changed, that says it’s sold exclusively at B&N.
Hats off to B&N too for always keeping it available.

The making of Through The Brown Mountain Lights book covers for CC Tillery
The sister duo CC Tillery hired me to make or remake the covers for their Appalachian Journey series. I’m honored to be chosen again for their Brown Mountain Lights series.

The sister duo already has a new series about the Brown Mountain Lights with one out and the second one in the works. I guess I’ve just been busy with things but today while clearing out my computer files I decided to post before some of the files I had were deleted.
This one was bittersweet. It was my favorite cover but it was also the last in the series. I can tell you the end of the book required tissue. Continue reading
