I love the four seasons we have here in western NC. Then again I don’t have to work outside when it’s in the 20’s either. Last Sunday we woke to snow that was gone by that afternoon. The days that have followed have been cold! I’m hoping the little taste of winter we’re receiving will kill off some bugs but not our locally grown crops. Continue reading

I’m getting more captured of what I had in mind every time it snows. I love that they are all different. I may try again tomorrow. My hands got so cold I couldn’t feel the camera and when I went back in to warm up, they had mostly quit falling.
Last night I took some snowflake photos, this morning we woke to snow (on the low amount of what they were calling for), and blue skies. Now if the white squirrel and fox would make an appearance in the snow I’d be thrilled.
Trinity and Tyler don’t care how cold it is outside. They’ve been watching the snow, watching the birds and napping in the warm house. Ahh the life of my cats.
